Your Home Folder is a secure location where you keep your documents and email.
Logging into a lab computer in Moore Hall 3120 or GSE&IS 118 will automatically connect you to your Home folder.

Your Home Folder contains: Desktop Folder: Any file placed in this folder will appear on your desktop. Documents Folder: This is where you store all of the documents you create -- your personal files, i.e. email attachments, Word documents, etc. Library Folder: This folder contains your computer preference files and other various system files, i.e. bookmarks, etc. |
| You can access your Home Folder by the following methods: | |

1. Select Home from the Go menu or press Shift-Command-H
|
2. Click the "Home" icon from any Desktop window
|
| Files in your Home Folder are accessible only by you. Make sure to Log Out from the computer (from the Apple menu) before you leave the computer lab. | |
