The disk must be inserted while you are in the Windows NT environment for it to show up in drive A: or in drive D: If you insert the disk in the MacOS environment, the drive will function as a Macintosh drive.
Since the machine doesn't have manual eject buttons, you must do the following to eject disks:
Floppy Disk:
+E
CD:
+U
The Zip Drive is mapped to the D: Drive in Windows NT. You can find the D: Drive by opening the My Computer Icon.
To eject a zip disk, push the physical eject button on the outside of the computer.
Please note, to access a zip disk, you must place it in the computer while it is in NT mode. If you stick the disk in while in mac mode, it will not show up under Windows NT.
The Macintosh extended keyboard maps directly to the PC extended keyboard.
TIP: Pressing the Control + ESC keys will serve the same function as the Windows key on the new Windows 101 Enhanced keyboards. This function allows you to pull up the Start button from anywhere within Windows.
Open up G118-NT, find the Home Server (on the H: drive), and find your shared folder. Store ALL of your files in this shared folder. Anything saved in another location will be periodically deleted!

Quitting or rebooting the OrangePC incorrectly can result in a loss of data, so it's imperative that you follow these steps:
Close all documents and applications in Windows.
Click on the Start menu and choose "Shut Down".

In the "Shut Down Windows" dialog box select "Shut down the computer?"
and click the "OK" button.

When the screen goes black and displays the message "It is now safe to
shut down your computer" press the Command and Q keys (
+Q). If you have followed the preceding steps,
click on the "Quit" button. If you still have documents open or have not shut down Windows, click
the "I need to quit" button and go back to step 1.

Important: If you do not logoff or shutdown Windows NT, any new user can have access to your files even if you logoff on the MacOS side! Please make sure you are logged off.
Technical Note: If you get the "blue screen of death" (A blue
screen with hexidecimal numbers all over it), please quit by pressing the Command and Q keys
(
+Q).
You can reboot the OrangePC while Windows is running, but doing so may result in a loss of data!
Before rebooting, close all documents and choose shutdown from the
Start Menu. Then press the Command and Q keys (
+Q), quit Orange PCi and launch Orange PCi again (see above).
Tip: If Windows NT is restarted it does not affect the MacOS at all, so all open files on the mac side will still be active.
